Job role: 

You will be a key company leader for owning and driving the innovative new features and capabilities to grow CreativeX's customers and revenue. You will have responsibility for multiple product lines and life cycles as well as the product strategy, prioritization, and execution of feature development.


CreativeX is an automated creative excellence platform that aims to enhance creativity through objectivity. Our technology helps the world's largest brands make better, and more data-driven, creative decisions about the way they use imagery and video to communicate, and cut-through, with their consumers.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and guide the long term product strategy for growing the products and features that CreativeX offers.
  • Lead and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product Operations to continuously ship improvements to our products.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Collaborate closely with our buyers, users, and Customer Success to deeply understand and address user needs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive revenue growth via customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.


Requirement:

  • Independent Product Ownership: You have demonstrated the ability to drive and deliver on the entire product lifecycle.
  • Leadership: You have a proven ability to evangelize new products and features to both customers and cross-functional team members, aligning the entire team around a product strategy and vision for the market.
  • Communication: You are able to clearly and effectively communicate your ideas to different stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Business Acumen: You have experience defining product strategy that balances business and user experience goals.
  • Analytical Skills: You have a bias towards collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to discover actionable insights that drive key business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and/or strong interest in marketing/advertising.
  • Experience in working in a B2B or marketing environment.
  • Software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and techniques.
